U2 - “The Unforgettable Fire”

After War, U2 had arrived at the top of rock music. They decided to take a drastic leap to more experimental and ambient sounding songs. This was their first time working with Brian Eno producing and was the basis for the sounds on later albums as well as influencing Eno’s recent work with Coldplay. I purchased this at Pop’s Resale in Lexington, KY and came with original album sleeve. This was my first U2 record and I went with this one because of the undeniable song “Pride (In The Name Of Love)”.
